Brian: 104 minute inside joke. Not funny, not enriching.

Mela: Nice enough animation, but the dialogue leaves me flat.

Starring Philip Seymour Hoffman and Ethan Hawke, this crime drama follows the story of two brothers who hold rob their parents’ jewelry store in hopes of quick money.
John Cusack, Cameron Diaz and Katherine Keener *really* get into John Malkovich’s head in this off-beat movie tinged with both comedy and drama.
Mela: I’m biased, because I don’t think John Malkovich is all that.
An amnesia-stricken man, who starts exhibiting talents of a super-agent, is being followed by assassins. Starring Matt Damon, Franka Potente and Chris Hooper.
This Richmond, Virginia based sci-fi drama starring Cameron Diaz deals with a couple given a box with a button that will give them a million dollars, but will also kill someone when it is pushed.
Brian: Why?
Mela: Diaz is completely unbelievable.
Red tape causes a mistake that Sam Lowry has to fix, but in doing so, he becomes the enemy of this futuristic, thought-of-steampunk-before-steampunk, world. Stars Jonathan Pryce and Robert DeNiro.
