This dressy jewelry is the Romancing the Stone Necklace. It’s a one of a kind, double sided pendant in fine silver on felted wool and silk cord. The pendant features a rectangular labradorite stone with gorgeous flash peeking through a fine silver frame with jagged angles to compliment the stone’s markings. Vines and leaves curl through the design. These are the Earth element.  The amber hued cubic zirconia visible on one side represents fire. The blue flash of the Labradorite is water. The upward angle of the design markings represent air. This is handmade fine elemental jewelry. The backside of the pendant displays the Labradorite in a traditional bezel setting. The necklace is hand-felted wool embellished with silk fibers that echo the piece’s colors. This is the most elegant fine jewelry by Susan Hicks made to date.
